Sōzō
An Immersive Storytelling Experience
Sōzō is a multi-part immersive storytelling experience that brings the ancient Japanese legend of Izanagi and Izanami to life. Your journey begins at an interactive kiosk, where you’ll be introduced to the myth and its key elements. From there, you're guided by lantern light along a lakeside path, witnessing the story unfold through atmospheric performances, lighting, and fog effects that evoke the power of the kami. Sōzō invites you to step into the world of legend—where myth and nature meet.
The Kiosk was visualized through physical and digital models and the show was visualized through a large body of storyboards.

Softwares Used
This project was created with physical and digital sketching, Sketchup Pro 2022, Enscape rendering engine, and a combination of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to craft the logos and design intent package.
